"Veterinary Medicine is a Team Sport and Positive Psychology is part of the Daily Practice."
—Dr. Rob
Join me on this journey to create a better future—
for our team, our patients, and ourselves.

No one said running a veterinary hospital with 120 staff members would be easy. During COVID, it put this task to the test. My leadership style burnt out all of the veterinarians who worked for me. My approach lacked empathy and trust, prioritizing results over the well-being of my team. I failed.
I am now committed to a new way of leading and practicing veterinary medicine: building a hospital culture rooted in empathy, trust, positivity, and gratitude. My goal is to foster not only meaningful work but also meaning at work, eliminating burnout for all staff in my hospitals.
